How to install
1. Drill a hole in the depth of 200mm using the boring drill.
2. Insert the transportable lower tube into the drilled hole and then make it align with the surface the road.
3. Place concrete or mortar in the bored hole.
4.Press-fit the bollard into the transportable lower tube, and connect the upper and lower chains, and fix using a lock
