1. Drill a hole to a depth of 250 mm.
2. Insert the removable lower sleeve flush with the road surface.
3. Fill the hole with concrete or mortar.
4. Insert the bollard into the lower sleeve, connect the upper and lower chains, and secure them with a padlock.
